So, about the last couple of weeks...I have been living in this crazy whirlwind of trying to get things done, getting adjusted to teaching all my new classes, studying for said classes, and all the other things that go with living life, while still trying to rest and have a bit of fun too. Although my head is still spinning, I have had a couple of days to take a deep breath and prioritize before plunging back in.

A big thanks to everyone who came by the studio this past weekend during Fall for Greenville (including the Mayor, who enjoyed my new vintage Greenville pieces.)

I have been working on some fun new pieces that I can't wait to share with everyone. This is an idea that has been stewing around for a while, and I am excited to get the images out of my head and on to a canvas.

Mark your calendars for this year's Open Studios tour, November 5, 6, & 7. This year 145 artist will open up their doors to view and sell great artwork, and to show you the process of how they create their works of art. I love this weekend, and am excited to be participating for my third year.

Whew...Thanks friends for hanging in with me through all the ups and downs! It's hard to believe I started this blog almost 4 years ago. Lots more to come.
